Tea Farm - growing, harvesting and processing Camellia Sinensis

Camellia sinensis tea plant

Welcome all tea drinkers and tea enthusiasts!

Here in the rolling Perthshire hills we grow tea plants using the organic, pesticide free method. Our plants are nourished only with plant based and natural nutrition and our own Natural Spring Water.

The hard work is all worth it when you see the beautiful healthy tea bushes and enjoy a wonderful hand made black, oolong, green or white tea. This year 2017, we are experimenting with processing tea and finding out which tea type suits our leaf. Do get in touch if you want to be one of the first tea tasters of our new tea. But then of course, tea taste may even change from year to year depending on the weather and soil conditions and the plant itself maturing.
